I do not believe there is sufficient justification for redesignating valuable existing green belt land for building use when there must already be ample existing brownfield areas that are ripe for regeneration. In order for new development to be viable, I also believe there would be an urgent prior need to improve and enhance existing traffic, utility and social infrastructure in both Leamington Spa and Kenilworth, mention of which I have not seen referenced in this large document. This part of Warwickshire has already long been blighted by development work for HS2, and deserves to be left in peace.
