This proposed area for redesignating seems huge. The size of a small town. Residents have already been so disrupted by HS2 developments, to now turn this into an enormous housing estate is incredulous. Surely there is existing properties or areas in Coventry that would benefit from regeneration? And where people could use existing public transport infrastructure, commercial and retail.
