This site is outrageously large and developing a site of this size would likely be more destructive than constructive. It would surely be better to redevelop the existing infrastructure within Coventry's confines than to expand its boundaries to the point where it effectively merges with Kenilworth, which itself will almost be merged with Warwick/Leamington Spa. I completely disagree with there being a strong enough need for such evident urban sprawl.
