Clopton Quarter. This side of town has already suffered from excess housing, thus increasing traffic on a very busy Birmingham Road. Part of the area floods (not only from the brook running adjacent to the fields, but also from run off water from higher land); any increase in housing will put existing properties at risk of flooding. Wildlife would be affected - deer from nearby wood, and the open aspect to Welcombe Hills destroyed. Greenbelt land should remain green belt, preference given to developing brownfield sites, or siting developments away from Stratford, now a sprawling mass without necessary infrastructure.
