The area is not suitable for the proposed 700 housing estate development on greenbelt Clopton Quarter SG18. There is not sufficient road infrastructure to cope with the increase of traffic, including Birmingham Road, Oakley Road and Burbage Avenue. This greenbelt area must be protected and maintained as greenbelt, to preserve the remaining wildlife.
