This development will impact negatively on the traffic/Stanks roundabout/A46and aces to A46.
Traffic queues are frequent when coming off or joining the A46 with nose to tail traffic frequently. Roads accessing this development are at full capacity now. Heavy lorries will impact on raod safety and use of cycle/ pedestrian paths.
Loss of green belt land and footpaths running over this area. Will impact adversely on the character of this area which is rural
Will have a detrimental visual impact on this area which is primarily residential
Increased air pollution causing health issues. Plus additional noise/ smell with increased traffic.
