My husband {Text redacted as personal name mentioned} is a claims Director within the Insurance industry, and has serious concerns of the impact of the flood planes, particularly around the Clopton Quarter of SG18. With increase in areas flooding due to the change of our climate, insurers are now regualrly excluding flood cover, so the concern is that with all these extra houses being built, which will affect the flood planes, could lead to a vast portion of this part of Stratford being without Insurance flood cover.
