This proposal is fundamentally flawed. It lacks the necessary infrastructure, devastates the environment, and imposes an unsustainable burden on local services. I strongly object and urge the planning to reject this development and instead focus/consider other sites in the Warwickshire area which represent a more sustainable, cost effective well-planned housing solutions in locations better.
