I am not in favour of proposed development SG24 due to the strain it would cause on roads and amenities in Hockley Heath and the surrounding area. In addition I am concerned about the environmental damage. The proposed development is at odds with Solihull MBC local plan which states that one small scale development is appropriate for Hockley Heath.
