This is high quality greenbelt land, with high nature value, including bats in the area, which would be negatively affected by any development. I frequently use the public footpath through the proposed site for dog walking and recreation. Again, any development would destroy this and negatively affect wellbeing for the local community. This would also put further strain on local services, including schools and would increase traffic. Pollution levels are already high on Leicester Lane due to traffic.
