Previous infrastructure commitment have utterly failed to materialise (Meon Bale/Long Marsden). Even if this was guaranteed in the BW proposal, there would be gridlock in Henley, Snitterfield and Wilmcote unless bi passes were built for each. 6,500 homes = 10,000+ cars. Maybe 100 commute from both rail stations max. That is realistic rather the eco fantasy. There would a be HUGE increase in commuting traffic that MUST be considered. surrounding villages and Henley would become a nightmare. I also assume M40 J15 would require capacity improvements. It's already gridlocked at times.
