Extra pressure on an already falling water and sewage infrastructure.
Protect our diminishing green belt and protect our wildlife, as once it/they are gone there is no going back
The traffic in and around the surrounding villages already struggle with the volume of traffic, so adding another 6000+ homes will only exacerbate the problem
Added pressure on our already struggling NHS i.e. doctors dentist etc
Increased air pollution and loss of light
Loss of ancient tree, woodlands and hedgerow leading to loss of habitats for wildlife
increased in flooding in an area that already floods
