The land is Green Belt. It is not sustainable to remove so much land from green belt every time a new local plan is produced. The existing transport infrastructure is not adequate. A new junction would be needed on the M40. Hatton railway station is hardly served by many trains, those wanting to use the railway will simply drive to Warwick parkway.
