I live in this area and so the development will clearly have an impact on me. Bearley is a nice village, which has been enhanced by the Heart of England Forest, but which lacks infrastructure and services. On balance I support a new development as there is an opportunity to create a town with excellent road links, good rail links, and excellent cycle links, a good surrounding environment, great access to the countryside, and all of the additional infrastructure and services for a successful modern community
