We agree that the B1 proposal is a more suitable location for large scale additional housing.
This area has already got large scale development of housing in progress. If more houses do need to be built in a large number, this area would make more sense than some of the other proposals. There is the Hatton train station that already has very frequent trains to Birmingham/London/Leamington etc. at commutable times, which makes this site far more sustainable than other proposals such as BW.
