No infrastructure to support further housing. Doctors and dentists full, Leisure centre gym full. High school full, primary school full, poor bus services to other schools or colleges. Poor employment opportunities with locals regularly asking for lifts to jobs in SuA, Leam etc. Roads are constantly congested, particularly the square and car parks are full. East Shipston land floods badly with Brailes bridge impassable. Sewage works stink in summer. Entrance to “East of Springhill site” would be very dangerous with the bend in the road.
