Traffic-access to the proposed housing is through narrow lanes and via a the B road onto Stanks roundabout / A46. Queseus are frequent from the current Hatton development on the B road..A46 cannot handle this development. Queues are bad now. Increased air pollution and increase health issues
Loss of green belt and footpaths. Over development of a primarily rural area.
Station- limited trains x2 a day and limited parking .will result in people parking on narrow roads or travelling to Warwick parkway. people using this station already park in the village.
Lack of infrastructure/ transport links lack of NHS capacity
