Disagree on three grounds:
1) New town would be divided by the busy A3400 putting lives of all ages at risk.
2) Use to Green Belt which is essential to maintain biodiversity network within Warwickshire. There are more suitable areas than this area.
3) Overwhelming of local infrastructure. The scale of development will dwarf the existing villages of Bearley and Wilmcote. Roads, services, schools, doctors, utilities will not cope.
