Building on this site was thrown out of court in 2017.
The location is further than 20 minutes from the station therefore it will bring more & more traffic as residents use cars to travel rather than walk. Leamington cant handle this.
This green belt land is really important for local well being - Thousands of locals use the footpaths here VERY regularly. I use the land every day for walks, dog walks, walking with family & friends & running.
There are plenty of non green belt sites that should be used that will allow for housing strategic growth developments.
