Whilst I agree that all people have the right to live in homes that meet their personal needs and circumstances, the number of homes that are wheelchair accessible seems to be disproportionate to the percentage of the population that are wheelchair users.
Properties that are specifically altered to make them wheelchair accessible may benefit from being co-located and given priority access to transport routes/medical facilities etc, but might also have reduced market potential as a result of their specific design bias.
