The Clopton quarter parcel of SG18 is green belt land so any development would cause irreversible loss Habitat and protected species. The development would increase noise, light, waste and air pollution. Increased traffic on Birmingham Road which is already at a critical capacity would have a negative impact to local and wider communities. The flood risk would also be increased as the site sits on flood zone 2 & 3. The site Clopton quarter is highly visible for the local landscape And would have a massive impact on the heritage of the area.
