- Large expanse of covered ground will likely increase local flooding to other built up areas
- The proposed infrastructure will not support the demands from 6,700 houses, even with the new facilities
- Stratford roads already come to a standstill, so gridlock likely, therefore businesses will move out
- The impact will make Stratford an less desirable place to visit, so loss of local income expected
- Warwickshire will be diminished
