The Bearley and Wilmcote site would result in complete amalgamation of the towns of Stratford, Wilmcote and Bearley. Not only is this against the aim of these new sties, the additional traffic will result in absolute traffic carnage locally and essentially bring Stratford and the surrounding areas to complete standstill.

The site itself sits in green belt. The planning policy is in place to protect green belt, and has made it very difficult for new development to occur, to protect the green belt in itself.

Should this site be chosen, it would completely counter this and destroy and logic.
