The area of proposed development will be hugely detrimental to the character of Burton Green as it will be absorbed into Coventry. There is no new health and education infrastructure with regard to housing being built now.
There is a lack of recreational infrastructure. Yet more loss of woodland will have a marked effect on wildlife and biodiversity.
The area should be returned immediately to the Green Belt. ; it inlcudes Warwick University where clearly no houses will be built. Leisure and exercise facilities are already severely curtailed by HS2 and further development
