Major congestion A3400 both directions, increase in bottleneck areas Bearley and Henley. Major Impact A46 vehicles cutting through lanes/centre of historical Wilmcote/Mary Ardens house. Damage to roads , railway and canal bridge already fragile, impact structural integrity of grade2 houses. Narrow pavements in village centre, Car and pedestrian accidents. Reduced tourism as village will be less attractive and congested. Loss of green belt/farmland, lack of adequate water wast management capacity, loss of wild life corridor. Wilmcote will become part of Stratford as more houses will likely be proposed alongside A3400/Bishopton island. Traffic washing flood water houses into Featherbed Lane houses
