I am submitting my views on the proposed SG24 site development. This project contradicts the Council's sustainable planning strategy, as it would destroy Green Belt land. Hockley Heath lacks adequate infrastructure, including essential services and transport, which raises significant concerns about overcrowding and accessibility. The area faces existing issues like flooding and inadequate healthcare facilities, which would worsen with more residents. Additionally, the impact on local wildlife and the environment cannot be overlooked. I urge you to consider residents' opinions, as we understand the local implications of this proposed housing plan.
