I am expressing my concerns about the proposed SG24 site development. This plan contradicts the Council's sustainable planning strategy by destroying Green Belt and would lead to significant overcrowding and urban sprawl in Hockley Heath, an area already lacking crucial infrastructure and services. The absence of gas, limited public transport, and insufficient job opportunities raise serious questions about the feasibility of new 'affordable' homes. The potential environmental impact, including damage to local wildlife and increased pollution, is alarming. I urge you to consider these points seriously in the consultation process.
