Clearly The words are excellent at "fascinating the fools" but the strategic growth areas and F1 and F2 combined with the wholesale use of land for solar panels and indeed HS2 (neither of which are shown on the interactive maps) belies the fact that the area will be anything but urban sprawl with metal and glass infill.

There is a pretence being perpetuated that the combination of development proposed and solar panel exploitation will somehow enhance the environment or provide a sustainable development when there is little of no agricultural land providing food.
