As residents of Wellesbourne we strongly object to including the Land East of Kineton Road (SG16) as a site for future housing development. Key points include:

Inadequate Infrastructure: Current services and infrastructure cannot support additional housing.
Heritage and Environment: Development would harm heritage assets, a recently discovered monument, and agricultural land.
Flooding and Congestion: Increased risk of flooding and traffic congestion.
Community Opposition: Nearly 500 objections from residents and organizations, including the Parish Council.
Unsustainable Development: Contradicts the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Core Strategy guidelines, impacting the environment, economy, and social well-being.

We urge the removal of this site from future development plans due to its unsuitability and the significant negative impacts on the community.
