I wish to express my concerns regarding the South Warwickshire local plan SG24 and its negative impact on Hockley Heath. The village lacks essential infrastructure, including a GP practice, pharmacy, and post office, and has a single small primary school feeding an already over-subscribed secondary school. Traffic congestion through Hockley Heath is exacerbated by nearby motorways, posing risks to children travelling to school. The proposed development threatens local wildlife and natural beauty, and I urge that my opposition to the plan, which includes 7000 new houses, is formally noted.
