Comments relate to clopton quarter
Should not be developed just because land is available for sale in an area that is an important setting to the town
The same land has been recently already assessed as unsuitable for development
Would create urban sprawl with no improvements to local infrastructure
The historic setting and special character of clopton quarter/stratford should be cherished
Destruction of rural landscape and habitats
Recent new large estates have not seen any improvements in infrastructure so further development would further overwhelm likes of birmingham road, worsen air quality etc.
