The proposed site regularly floods to high levels. At the moment this is non disruptive to the town as it allows high water to naturally drain instead of flooding the town centre
The sewage system in this area is already a concern. Living where we do we regularly have issues with drain blockage and strong odours that requires action from Severn Trent. How will it cope with the proposed extra housing? Both of these issues are environmental and health concerns
Finally the town does not have the infrastructure to support these additional dwellings.
