This plot is not suitable for warehousing, causing significant issues with the transport network in the local area. The A46 is already gridlocked at rush hour, with the A4177 also being extremely busy. Extra pollution generated from the number of HGV's entering this space, in what is already a heavily polluted county, backed up by a recent news article and my GP [text redacted].
Losing our valuable green space and destroying trees and natural habitat, with the trees being a key factor in fighting pollution.
Noise pollution overnight, hauliers working shifts etc.
