I agree with the New Settlements proposal as this would then mean there is the opportunity to offer better facilities for the new build rather than putting pressure on the existing infrastructure which is already stretched - doctors, dentists, schools, local shops. This location has good access to the rail network without increasing congestion in Stratford Town centre at commuting times. If the proposal went ahead to the East or South of Stratford any rail commuters going from Stratford station would have to drive through the town centre increasing congestion at key times.
