I agree with the New Settlements proposal as this would then mean there is the opportunity to offer better facilities for the new build rather than putting pressure on the existing infrastructure which is already stretched - doctors, dentists, schools, local shops. I feel the new settlement near Warwick Gates has been set up well with facilities and G1 would have access to good employment possibilities in Gaydon without increasing congestion in town centres at commuting times.
