I agree with the New Settlements proposal as this would then mean there is the opportunity to offer better facilities for the new build rather than putting pressure on the existing infrastructure which is already stretched - doctors, dentists, schools, local shops. I feel the new settlement near Warwick Gates has been set up well with facilities and so something similar where it's a community with shops, school, doctor, community space, nursery etc works well for a pleasant lifestyle.
