Infrastructure - Road network not suitable, due to lack of truck roads and limitations with developing country lanes, due to existing dwellings and other limitations. Doctors, schools and Warwick Hospital, already at bursting point, what's the plan for that? Access to the Hatton Park plan?? How can thousands more cars use the existing access.
Pollution - The area already has high levels of pollution, which will be seriously compounded with thousands more vehicles on the local roads.
Critical green space - losing our green belt and countryside, destruction of our natural habitat and wildlife.
