The proposed development across the river means the loss of our tip. The road into Shipston is closed by flooding at least twice a year. The incursion into proper Warwickshire countryside with lovely views and dog walking for residents is completely wrong. There is already a shortage of parking in the town centre which is known for its independent shops, charm and ease of access to the elderly. This is urban sprawl at its worst.
