The proposed housing development on Bearley Farm and Gorse Farm 673 on the map is on the boundary with our land and overlooks it as it is on higher ground and therefore very visible. It is also visible from the Community woodland and would therefore detract from the peace and tranquility of this area.
I would also mean that cars from the new development would need to drive through the village adding to the danger to pedestrians where there is no footpath.
