There should not be any further development around Tiddington and Alveston as this area has been massively overdeveloped already. The infrastructure cannot take any further houses. The area is a flood plain. All traffic south of the river has to go over Clopton bridge, which is completely overwhelmed. The area suggested is a strategic gap between Tiddington and Stratford. Separate identity is threatened. School full to capacity. BUAB threatened. Edge of town settlements do not work, I would support new settlements as these bring appropriate infrastructure with them. Any new building should be staggered over the next 20 years.
