This land is green belt and completely inappropriate for development. Langley Road is already a major cut through but is unfit for larger vehicles and regularly is impassable due to flooding. There is often flooding on the a3400. The increase in vehicle traffic and loss of habitat will be devastating to the local wildlife. The train from Bearley is on single track and has a very infrequent service - people will continue to use their cars. There are better options available
