This proposed site is incredibly close to the Welcome Hills Nature Reserve and will have a detrimental affect to wildlife and the tranquillity for people who enjoy the area.

Additional pollution will be generated from not just the construction but also the additional cars.

Further flooding issues likely. Issues already being experienced at properties.
