The urban sprawl will come close to merging the towns of Stratford and Henley with irreparable damage done to the Green Belt and the historic communities within it.
This will be a dormitory development. Residents will be constrained to travel for work and leisure. The existing road, rail and bus provision is inadequate to bear the additional burden.
There will be deleterious impacts on neighbouring areas. Now there is noticeable commuter / rat run traffic through Aston Cantlow. This will only worsen.
Other non – Green Belt sites are available. Please do not spoil established countryside and communities.
