Too close to Gaydon & Lighthorne developments. Aston & JLR developments causing severe congestion on roads. Road infrastructure around Knightcote very poor. No rail links. GP surgery now over stretched already much more difficult to get appointments. This would destroy the views & landscape around the Burton Dassett hills which is a cherished local amenity for many locals & visitors. This would also apply to the vista from Edge Hill. The area is already becoming urbanized & further building will be overdevelopment & destroy the character of the landscape. Drains/sewers are under pressure and local flooding has become worse .
