If Green Belt must be developed (and the test for exceptional circumstances is not in fact met, given the number of locations identified in the interim appraisal), this land has already been compromised by HS2, and has excellent transport links, and proximity to a major employer (the University of Warwick) with the services available on Campus to make it reasonably sustainable.
