I feel the loss of open farmland would be detrimental to the Clopton Quarter. The impact on wildlife and reduced air quality due to higher emissions are not acceptable. This is already subject to flooding which will only get worse should it be developed. The local road infrastructure is already at saturation point without adding not only residents own vehicles but also delivery vehicles. Local services such as Doctors/Hospital will also be impacted with higher patient numbers. Its already nearly impossible to get an appointment.
