Too much traffic.
Not enough infrastructure.
Would need additional bridge.
Specific to Alveston / Tiddington. The allotments would lose some very good productive plots. A bridge between Alveston and Tiddington being on a flood plain would be expensive and a long drawn out nuisance to residents.
Would destroy the rural feel of this historic town.
