The proposed site for development of 6500 is, in my opinion, absolutely absurd, the village of Wilmcote is 500 homes and the plan for a town the size of Alcester to be placed here is ill thought out and will be a disaster for the existing communities. The traffic network does not cope well currently as SDC will already be well aware- the queues in Summer along the Birmingham Road into Stratford town are already unacceptable.
The addition of approx 10-12K more cars will make this an area of complete gridlock and destroy the local environment.
