Poor planning and location based on a small railway halt.
Floodwaters from higher fields regularly cross the A3400 to the proposed site, further waterlogging.
Insufficient road and transport infrastructure to support this size development see Meon Vale!!
Example: an Event was held in Bearley on 02.03.2025 that attracted hundreds of vehicles which gridlocked the village for hours, residents were ‘imprisoned’ and a medical access emergency, may have resulted in a fatality!
Unnecessary development on Green Belt Land
Green spaces and wildlife habitat replaced by sprawling urban development.
Increased noise and air pollution for all.
