We share a boundary of approximately 200 yards with the proposed development on Bearley Farm and Gorse Farm673 on the map. The new houses would be on higher ground overlooking our property which is planted with many mature trees. It is also visible from the recently acquired Community Wood which is a tranquil spot for walking and the proposed buildings would change this and would be out of keeping with recreating the Forest of Arden. The houses would be more suitable to be built off the A3400 and there would be less traffic along the narrow village road.
